My Macaroni ‘n’ Cheese

Danella's  Macaroni ‘n’ Cheese

Boil until tender and then drain in colander:
        Elbow macaroni
Add:   
salt to taste,
         olive oil  
Simmer in extra large frying pan
   until thick and bubbly:
         ¼      cup butter
¼      cup flour mixed with
         1       cup water (in a cup)
         1       (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
         ½      tsp. salt or to taste
2-4        tsp. La Victoria hot sauce – mild
Add and heat through:
     ~¼-½   lb cheese, chunked - Colby, cheddar, Monterey Jack, etc.
         3       string cheese sticks or mozzarella chunks
Pepper to taste
Add prepared elbow macaroni and mix together with cheese sauce.
Eat immediately like Stouffers Macaroni and Cheese, or pour into a greased

11x15 baking dish and bake until heated through at 350 degrees.
