Veggie Burger Patties


Grandma Audrey’s Veggie Burger Patties

Combine in a large bowl:
         1       19oz. can WORTHINGTON Vegetarian Burger 
         ¾      cup quick oats
         1       large onion
         2       Tbsp. oil
         1       tsp. salt
         ½      tsp. sage
         1       tsp. sweet basil
         ½      tsp. garlic powder
         2       Tbsp. soy sauce
         ½      cup chopped nuts - optional
Let set for 5-10 minutes.
Add:
         4       eggs
Shape 1/3 cup into rounds on hot, oiled frying pan.

Cook over medium heat until golden brown, flipping over once.
