This is one of our favorite family meals.
- Vegetarian Burger Loaf
- Mashed potatoes
- Green peas
- Fresh green salad
- Cottage Cheese
Vegetarian Burger Loaf
Sauté and set aside:
1 medium onion, chopped
½ cup butter
6 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
Mix in large bowl:
1 20 oz. can WORTHINGTON Vegetarian Burger
4 eggs
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. garlic salt
¼ - ½ lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Mix all together and place in
a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for ~40 minutes.
