Danella’s Artichoke Heart Cream Sauce
Sauté and simmer:
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
Artichoke
heart juice- 6oz. jar
½
cup sour cream
Pinch
of onion powder
Artichoke
hearts – 6 oz. jar
¼
tsp. salt
¼ cup Parmesan
cheese or pepper jack
Serve over cheese ravioli,
tortellini or pasta
