Macaroni Squares

Macaroni Squares

Mix together:
         1½    cup elbow, cooked and drained
                       or leftover Macaroni and Cheese
         1       large onion, diced
         4       Tbsp. butter
         4-6      eggs, slightly beaten
         1½    cups milk
         4       Tbsp. parmesan cheese
         1       cup grated cheese,
 mozzarella or cheddar       
         Salt to taste
Pour into 9”x13” baking dish.
Sprinkle with:  Paprika

Bake 30-45 minutes at 325-350 until knife comes out clean, and edges are light brown. Cut into squares.
