Fried Tofu and Mushrooms





Sauté to taste:  
         ½      Tbsp. olive oil or butter
         ½      cup onions, chopped
         1       cup mushrooms - fresh or canned
         1       14-16 oz. extra firm tofu, cubed
         2       Tbsp. McKay’s chicken seasoning
     ½ - 1    Tbsp. soy sauce
onion powder, optional
garlic powder, optional

                  Brewer’s nutritional yeast, optional
