Chocolate Crazy Cake - Vegan

Mix together:

         3       cups flour

         2       cups sugar

         1       tsp. salt

2       tsp. baking soda

½      cup cocoa powder     

In second bowl mix:

¾      cup oil

2       Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar

1       tsp. vanilla

2       cups water

Pour into dry mixture and mix quickly by hand.

Immediately put into greased 9x13 baking dish.

Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
