Hominy and Eggs

Hominy and Eggs


Place in non-stick frying pan over medium heat:
1       tsp. butter or oil
Add:
         1       lg. (29 oz.) can hominy
Heat until water is absorbed and hominy is dry.
Add:
4-6        large eggs

Cook, stirring occasionally until eggs
are fully done. Serve hot.


Serve with fried Big Franks and/or ketchup.
