White Honey Buns

White Honey Buns


Mix together in a large bowl:         
         2½    cups warm water
         4      tsp. yeast
         6      Tbs. honey
         2      Tbs. oil
         3      tsp. salt
         6      cups unbleached flour 
         ½     cup gluten flour

Knead. Let rise twice. Form into 20 buns and place into 9x13 pan. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for ~20 minute or until golden brown.
