Fried Vegetarian Burrito

Fried Burrito


1.    Warm one flour tortilla in a frying pan
2.    Add refried beans to ½ side of the tortilla
3.    Add chopped onions and grated cheddar cheese
4.    Fold the tortilla in half enclosing the ingredients
5.    Add a little bit of butter to the hot pan
6.    Spin the burrito around covering bottom side with warm butter
7.    Flip burrito over and repeat covering this side with butter also
8.    Continue frying on medium heat until browned on both sides
9.    Place burrito on a warmed plate
10.         Top with desired amount of salsa

11.         Garnish with avocado and sour cream
