Sweet Corn Bread

Sweet Corn Bread

In large bowl mix together:
         2       cups cornmeal 
         2       cups flour
         1       cups sugar
         2       Tbsp. baking powder
         1       tsp. salt
Mix together and add to dry ingredients:
         2/3  cup oil
         6       Tbsp. melted butter
         4       eggs
         1       cup evaporated milk
         1½    cups water

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
