Creamed Mushrooms - Vegan

Audrey's Creamed Mushrooms 


Sauté until tender:
         2       Tbsp. olive oil
         1       lb. fresh mushrooms
         1       lg. onion, chopped
          2     cloves garlic, minced
Add, mix and cover. Cook low 3 minutes:
         2   Tbsp. flour
         1   can Loma Linda Vegetarian Burger
Add:
         2   cups milk or soy milk
         1   tsp. salt
         Fresh ground pepper - to taste
         Parsley
Simmer 3-5 minutes on low.    

Serve hot over bread, toast or potatoes.
