Focaccia Bread
Mix together in a large bowl and
let stand ~5 minutes:
2½ tsp.
active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
(110 degrees)
2 tsp. sugar
Add:
¾ tsp. salt
¼ cup olive oil
~3 cups all-purpose flour
Rise until doubled. Spread
onto large 10”x15” greased cookie sheet and rise again. Add toppings of choice
and bake at 350 degrees until bottom is light brown.
