Grandma’s Mac’s Thanksgiving Squash Dish

Grandma’s Mac’s Thanksgiving Squash Dish


Cook in saucepan until tender, drain and mash:  
         5-6   lg. zucchini, sliced
         1       lg. onion, chopped
   Add:     
3       cups saltine crackers, crushed
         1-2   tsp. sage
         ¾      tsp. garlic powder
         1       tsp. salt (or to taste)
         4-5   eggs
         2-3   cups cheddar cheese, grated
Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
Top with crushed saltines.

Bake at 350 for ~1 hour.
