- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Garlic
- Garlic Salt
- Salt
- Parmesan Cheese, optional
- Condiments of your choice
- Cheddar Cheese
Heat in frying pan until crispy:

20 oz. can Loma Linda Big Franks - Linkettes, or any Vegetarian Hot Dog of your choice, drained -
½ Tbsp.
butter or oil, optional
Chop:
4 fresh
tomatoes
½ cup
onion
Add and mix well:
3 cloves
garlic, pressed
garlic salt to taste
salt
to taste
1 Tbsp. Parmesan
cheese, optional
Prepare desired amount of hot
dog buns of with your choice of:
Mayonnaise, BEST FOODS sandwich spread, catsup, mustard or salsa.
Fill warmed hot dog buns with Big Franks or
vegetarian frank of your choice, tomato mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese or Vegan cheese.
