Creamed Peaches on Toast

Creamed Peaches


Cook in a medium kettle until thickened and bubbly:

Syrup from 1 quart of sliced peaches
         ¾      cup water or milk (Soy Silk)
         3       Tbsp. cornstarch
         3       Tbsp. sugar
         3       Tbsp. lemon juice
     ¼ - ½   tsp. salt
         ½      tsp. vanilla
Add and heat through:
         1 quart sliced peaches


Serve hot on buttered toast or cold as desired.
