Boil until tender:
~ 8 medium Potatoes, enough to have 4 cups prepared
Sauté:
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, diced
1 19oz. can Loma Linda Big
Franks
or Worthington Super Links
Add:
1½ cup sauerkraut, drained
1½ cup sauerkraut, drained
1 can Campbell's mushroom
soup - condensed
1 cup sour cream
4 cups cooked potatoes, peeled and chunk
Place into desired greased
casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees until
heated and bubbly. Serve hot.
